It’s an exciting time to join the Information Technology Team. As the Technology Lead for ERP Order Management, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the strategic partnership between Business needs and Technology needs driving implementation, alignment, and execution, focused on the complete order management end-to-end process. The IT Order Management Technology Lead works closely with the IT project teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to define, implement, and monitor quality standards, processes, and metrics. The IT Order Management Technology Lead also provides technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the IT quality assurance staff and contributes to the continuous improvement of the IT Order Management systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Owns project portfolio and drives alignment across the businesses mapping requirements to delivered solutions.
2. Leading the design, development, and implementation of the SAP Order Management module.
3. Ability to analyze and perform basic and complex configuration within SAP Order Management.
4. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP systems meet business requirements in alignment and coordination with the IT initiatives and projects.
5. Collaborate and govern the Application Management Service team that will provide technical support and documentation.
6. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
7. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
8. Ensuring the system is properly integrated with other business systems.
9. Stay updated on the latest trends, developments in ERP technologies, and best practices and share knowledge and insights with the team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
10. At least 7 years of experience in similar role
11. Experience in ECC SAP Order Management and Integrated Modules
12. Experience in Food and Pharma Industry and corresponding regulatory requirements
13. Experience with e-Invoicing solutions and external interfaces (EDICOM)
14. Familiar with VAT and Tax procedures & Tax determination
15. Familiar in reading ABAP code
16. Preferred experience in S/4 HANA
17. Knowledge of supporting applications and interdependencies with for example SAP GTS
18. Experience in Project Portfolio / Lifecycle Management
19. Experience working with external vendors and managing virtual teams internationally · Must be willing to travel
20. Fluency in English is a must; command of other languages is a plus.

Location: The preferred location for this role is Cork, Ireland, the role can also be remote (within Ireland)
