Job Title: Executive Officer
Lead a team with an effective business strategy that optimizes company growth, overseeing staff, team initiatives, and data-driven corporate decisions to elevate financial and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Be the key representative of the company in communicating important decisions to business stakeholders and the public.
* Manage the company's overall development and ensure that general operations run seamlessly as employees accomplish established goals.
* Make strategic and financial decisions that determine the trajectory of the company.
* Monitor budgets, resources, and procedures by working with cross-functional teams.
* Create a positive company culture through strong, inspirational leadership.
* Develop, execute, and assess top business strategies that align with the short- and long-term objectives.
* Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including corporate governance.
* Collaborate with other executives, managers, and employees to identify meaningful solutions.
* Lead a team of managers in finance, marketing, HR, and operations.
* Oversee day-to-day operations.
* Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
* Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves targets for growth and profitability.
* Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, and work with finance to prepare detailed updates and forecasts.
Required Skills
* Expert understanding of corporate finance and business management.
* Strong knowledge of financial, technical, and economic concepts.
* Proven success as a senior executive (i.e., CEO, COO, General Manager) managing departmental teams, ideally within a hospitality or similar setting.
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance.
* Collaboration skills for establishing positive working relationships.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and accomplish business objectives.
* Relevant certification in business administration or equivalent experience in corporate management.
* Experience with overseeing or implementing new IT solutions/systems.
