A snapshot of your peer group:
* PQE 5 years minimum.
* Strong corporate law experience and company law knowledge.
* Exposure to corporate M&A and/or structuring work would be an advantage.
Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:
* Drafting complex documents for internal and external clients.
* Provision of advice to clients on corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and commercial contracting.
* Negotiation of a broad array of corporate transactions in the domestic and international market working alongside colleagues with a broad and diverse set of skills and from multiple jurisdictions.
* Provision of ad hoc legal advice to clients and KPMG teams.
