Join our dynamic team if you excel in financial administration and accuracy.
Objectives of the Role: To act as a support to the accounts team in order to ensure that all financial data is reported both accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities: Process financial data using Sage 50 Accounts, including journals and reconciliations.
Daily reconciliations of cash and credit card.
Prepare lodgements .
Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
Management of customer invoicing, payments, and overdue accounts .
Emailing statements on a monthly basis.
Enter supplier invoices to sage.
Reconcile supplier statements and track deliveries via Procure Wizard .
Prepare all relevant information for the stock audits.
Ensure full audit and SOP compliance while supporting the Head of hotel finance.
What You'll Need: Accounting Technician Qualification or equivalent.
2+ years' experience in accounts administration.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills .
Experience with Sage 50 Accounts, Procure Wizard & Hotsoft is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work effectively both on your own and within a team.
