About the Role:
EPS Group is seeking a Technician for our Product Assembly Workshop in Mallow. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of pumps and motors in the water or similar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain sufficient stock levels to meet sales team requirements.
* Assemble booster pumps & water treatment filters, ensuring both mechanical and electrical aspects are correctly configured.
* Pick and distribute materials systematically.
* Test products before shipping.
* Pack pumps, parts, water treatment components, and associated items for shipment.
* Collaborate regularly with the sales team and customers.
* Support branches and sales team with queries as needed.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety practices.
* Complete Health & Safety documentation as required.
* Manage the ERP Shop floor system.
Key Competencies and Skills:
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and self-motivation.
* Show proven ability to work effectively within a team.
* 1-2 years of mechanical assembly experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Exhibit good communication skills (verbal and written).
