Job Overview:
Our client, a leading Tech Company in The Silicondocks, is looking for a Responsible AI (RAI) Testing Analyst to join their team on a 5-month contract (via Coyle Consulting).
You will play a critical role in evaluating and improving AI-driven systems to ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and ethical guidelines. This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to assess risks associated with AI applications, and a deep understanding of trust and safety principles. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to enhance AI system performance and mitigate potential harms, working closely with cross-functional teams to shape safer and more effective AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct AI system testing and adversarial analysis to identify risks, biases, and potential vulnerabilities.
2. Analyze data and provide insights to improve AI-driven trust & safety processes.
3. Develop and refine methodologies to assess and mitigate AI-related risks.
4. Collaborate with policy, legal, and engineering teams to design enforcement strategies for AI systems.
5. Proactively identify trends and patterns in AI-related threats and recommend mitigation strategies.
6. Contribute to the development of AI policies and best practices to ensure responsible AI deployment.
7. Manage and execute projects focused on improving AI safety, operational efficiency, and risk management.
8. Support cross-functional teams with research and strategic recommendations on AI safety challenges.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. Mid/Senior years of experience in data analytics, trust & safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
3. Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
4. Strong understanding of AI systems, machine learning models, and their associated risks.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to influence stakeholders across various levels.
6. Ability to think strategically and proactively identify emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
7. Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Comfortable working with sensitive, graphic, or controversial content as part of the role.
Additional Information:
- A valid full-time right to work in Ireland is required for this position.
- This is a hybrid position, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
