Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide an efficient and effective support service to the Officers and Managers within the Joint Secretariat team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in implementing Investment Areas for the PEACEPLUS Programme, a responsibility of the SEUPB.
* Collate and monitor financial and non-financial information, producing financial reports and distributing information.
* Provide secretariat functions, including data processing, organising meetings, preparing papers, minute taking, producing letters, memos, reports, and email correspondence.
* Liaise and maintain networks with various individuals, organisations, and suppliers.
* Plan and coordinate events.
* Record, file, and retrieve information and documentation, including document control on JEMS (Joint Electronic Monitoring System) and Content Manager.
* Maintain and reconcile budgets.
* Monitor external contracts.
This role is based in Belfast and is a permanent position within the Administrative & Secretarial category.
