We are inviting applications for the role of Retail Optimisation Specialist Team Lead within our Retail Operations team. The successful candidate will: Work in conjunction with our cross functional and Sales teams to develop efficient instore operational processes for our brands. Support the Retail Optimisation Specialists team in scheduling and executing our operational processes to the highest standard. The role involves working closely with our cross functional and Sales teams across all areas, but specifically: Documentation/review of existing core processes at store level Development of new processes that make in store operations more efficient Support the rollout of new processes already developed within Musgrave but have yet to achieve cut through at store level Support the development and Implement of a consistent way of working across each brand Support the development and use of reporting tools that capture input and output through clear and measurable KPIs Through new process optimisation, drive efficiency at store level as part of Centra Next Gen/SITG and SuperValu Next Gen projects. The successful candidate will possess all or most of the following: Experience in managing a high-performance team with a third level qualification in Sales/Business or similar advantageous. Experience in managing pilot initiatives and process mapping Ability to report on weekly KPIs and project governance deadlines Experience working on retail rollouts as part of a cross functional team Excellent communication & relationship management skills A minimum 2 years experience working in project management Commercial acumen and reporting skills Good computer skills including MS Office and project planning.
