Job Title: HR Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an HR Officer with additional payroll responsibilities.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees on all HR-related matters.
* Data Management: Maintain and update HR records and produce insightful HR reports to guide decision-making.
* Deliver Results: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and onboard top talent.
* Engage Teams: Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives to create a positive workplace culture.
* Handle Payroll: Take responsibility for processing weekly payroll accurately, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
* Lead HR Operations: Manage and support investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes with confidence and professionalism.
* Support Growth: Facilitate induction programs, coordinate training and champion performance management initiatives.
Requirements:
* CIPD qualification (or working towards it).
* At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or a generalist role.
* Experience managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
* Familiarity with disciplinary and grievance meetings.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
* Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
* A full UK driving license.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience using payroll systems like Sage.
* Knowledge of HR systems such as PAMS.
* Understanding of employment law across NI, Scotland, and ROI.
* A degree in HR Management or a related field.
