Stewarts Care is the Lead agency for CDNT 5 Lucan in CHO 7, working in partnership with CHO 7 lead agencies: KARE, HSE, Stewarts Care and CRC.
JOB OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Children’s Disability Network Manager to join our team in CDNT 5 Lucan.
The initial vacancy is for CDNT5 Lucan, CHO7. A panel will be created for the post of Children’s Disability Network Manager in Stewarts Care from which permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
Contract Type: This is a permanent full-time post*
Contract Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: €88,301 – €97,186 per annum in accordance with Department of Health Consolidated Pay Scales
Reporting Relationship: The Children’s Disability Network Manager will report to the Clinical Director of HSCP.
Overview of Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To promote a child and family centred practice within the Lead Agency.
2. To provide strategic leadership and direction for the team which results in the delivery of effective, efficient, quality assured and person-centred services in collaboration with the Lead Agency and in line with National Policy.
3. To be accountable for the management and reporting of all financial allocations (pay and non-pay) associated with the delivery of Children’s Disability Services in the assigned network.
Essential Criteria:
1. Have a relevant professional qualification in a Health and Social Care Profession or Nursing and where appropriate, have statutory registration or professional registration/accreditation.
2. Have a minimum of five years post qualification experience including three years working in or managing the delivery of children’s disability therapeutic services.
3. Have a requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
4. Full driver’s licence and access to their own vehicle.
