About This Job General laboratory duties Preparation of laboratory glassware as required.
Preparation of HPLC mobile phases, needle washes etc.
Washing of analytical columns Recording of instrument use / calibration in laboratory logbooks to cGMP standards Analysis of samples for various basic analytical tests e.g., appearance, length, weight, pH etc.
Preparation of Dissolution medium Preparation of laboratory reagents Instrumentation duties ·HPLC set-up·Use of Empower Chromatography Data System ·Calibration of laboratory balances·Use of Labware LIMSIT related duties ·Use of MS Excel for reporting and trending of analytical data·Use of MS Word for reporting of analytical data Essential Knowledge & ExperienceTraining to at least third year of B.Sc.
(degree) Science course.Industrial QC chemistry laboratory experience an advantage.cGMP, Safety, General analytical instrumentation skillsPreferred Knowledge & Experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work on one's own initiative and as part of a project team.
Demonstrate sound judgement/rationale.
Good analytical and IT related skills.
