Your focus will be on driving pipeline generation, optimising outbound strategies, creating defined goals and coaching a team of high-performing BDRs to consistently exceed targets. What You’ll Work On:Lead & Develop the BDR TeamRecruit, train, and coach a team of high-performing BDRs to drive outbound success.Set clear KPIs and activity goals, built upon a model which ensures consistent opportunity creation.Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions to improve messaging, objection handling, and pipeline development.Own the Outbound Strategy & ExecutionDevelop, implement, and refine the multi-channel outbound strategy (calls, emails, LinkedIn).Define and optimise cadences, targeting, and messaging to improve conversion rates.Build account-based outreach strategies, ensuring focus on high-value prospects.Optimise the balance between personalisation and scale in outbound efforts.Drive Pipeline & Opportunity CreationCollaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoff and maximise opportunity conversion.Work closely with Commercial Leadership to align on ideal customer profiles (ICP) and lead sources.Monitor and optimise conversion rates at each stage of the prospecting funnel.Optimise the Sales Tech Stack & ReportingOwn HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools to improve team efficiency.Develop dashboards and reports to track outbound performance, opportunity creation, and conversion rates.Ensure a balance between volume outreach and high email deliverability, and domain protection.Identify and implement automation tools to streamline prospecting workflows.Stay Ahead of Industry Trends & Best PracticesContinuously test new prospecting tactics to improve outreach effectiveness.Stay informed about industry trends in consumer insights, SaaS, and outbound sales.Foster a culture of experimentation, iteration, and learning within the BDR team. What You’ll Bring:A minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience in scaling a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales function from zero to one (preferably in SaaS, insights, or tech). This is a role requirement.Track record of success in outbound sales, pipeline creation, and managing high-performing BDR teams.Strong understanding of B2B outbound prospecting strategies, tools, and best practices.Excellent coaching and mentoring skills - able to guide BDRs to consistently exceed targets.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and optimise for results.Knowledge of MEDDIC or other consultative sales methodologies.Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and sequencing tools.Strong understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and enterprise prospecting tactics.Knowledge of email deliverability, spam filters, and domain warmingAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, and RevOps teams.Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and excited to build and scale an outbound engine in a high-growth environment.Bounce values people from all walks of life.
