Our client, a fast-growing, dynamic creative & design agency with clients ranging from global multinationals to highly specialised Irish SMEs, is now experiencing a significant increase in business levels.
As a result, they have engaged with us in Cpl to help them recruit an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive for this newly created permanent role.
The Role:
The successful hire will report directly to the Creative & Manager, be heavily involved in all digital marketing campaigns & client-focused projects within the business, and help to drive their continued success.
More specifically, you will be responsible for designing, developing & executing social media strategies, creating compelling concepts & content, writing & publishing blogs, running email marketing campaigns, taking ownership of paid advertising campaigns, undertaking SEO optimisation duties, preparing complex KPI & market analytics reports, and supporting senior colleagues on their duties & client engagements.
Skills & Experience that we need:
Third level degree qualified in marketing, communications or digital media.
Additional relevant qualifications would be an advantage.2+ years relevant digital marketing experience ideally.
Experience gained in a creative agency setting would be an advantage.Proven organisational & communication skills.Strong experience in data analytics & using marketing/creative tools - e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, HubSpot, etc.Ability to think creatively & create solutions.Own car/transport & full, clean driving license is essential.The Offer: This is a permanent position with a salary range & overall package depending on the candidate's experience, with excellent opportunities for future growth & development.
The role is permanent & is expected to require 1-2 days maximum in the office per week.
