Overview
PepsiCo is on the lookout for a HR Coordinator to join our team in Little Island, Cork on a specified purpose contract up to 12 months.
Reporting into the HR Operations Asst Supervisor, in this role you will be responsible for providing a first-class front of hours reception service while also supporting the broader HR team throughout the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
1. Operate an efficient front of house service in the assigned location where all visitors are tended to in a timely, professional, and friendly mannerManage all reception duties to include, but not limited to;Answering daily queries from employeesManaging visitors to the site including organising Personal Protective Equipment gear where relevantID badge creationInternal and external mail management
2. Support the extended HR Team in various tasks by providing an all-encompassing HR administrative support service to include, but not limited to:manage the employee life cycle and relevant HR processes across PGCSmaintain employee and invoice filing to audit standardsco-ordinate the HR Rota’s applicable across the HR Ops teamroll out, coordination and follow up of designated HR initiativesensuring all employee relations issues/queries are dealt with effectively and efficientlycoordination of site reward & recognition requirements
3. Contribute to the creation and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the HR dept
4. A requirement of this role is that you must adhere to all PepsiCo Health, Safety & Environmental Requirements.

Qualifications
Essential Criteria
5. HR degree or equivalent (CIPD qualified desirable)
6. Exhibit a strong ‘can-do’, ‘will-do’ attitude and strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
7. Excellent Administration skills, coupled with an innate attention to detail
8. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of an extended HR Team
9. Strong computer skills (experience of Kronos and SAP an advantage)
Additional Desired qualifications and/or experience
10. Experience working in a multinational organisation and / or manufacturing industry is an advantage
11. Results orientated and commitment to achieving objectives.
12. Ability to integrate well within a team environment, both in person and remote
13. Natural ability to adapt to change readily with ease, ability to handle unforeseen requests effectively
14. High level of integrity and discretion essential
