This facility will be Lilly’s most technically advanced manufacturing site and will include Next Generation manufacturing technologies and advanced data collection and analysis platforms that will deliver improvements in safety and quality, and increased productivity and process performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
The Manufacturing & Quality (MQ) IT Associate Director for Limerick will be part of the IT Leadership team for the Limerick Site. This role will report to the MQ IT Senior Director for Limerick. This role will work hand by hand with both project and operational readiness activities for the facility.

1. Successfully implement cutting-edge solutions like MES, SAP EWM, real-time monitoring, and advanced scheduling to enhance manufacturing, laboratory, and supply chain operations.
2. Skillfully lead and manage IT operational readiness from planning to execution, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of solutions.
3. Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, external vendors, and partners for seamless integration of IT systems.
4. Provide strong leadership to your IT team, offering guidance, mentorship, and a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
5. Ensure all implemented IT solutions meet industry regulations, data integrity requirements, and internal quality standards.
6. Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize processes effectively.
7. Thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders for effective communication and collaboration.
9. Measure success through the successful integration of technologies, increased operational efficiency, and improved manufacturing outcomes.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Level 8)
Additional Requirements:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in delivering successful IT solutions in manufacturing, laboratory, or supply chain environments, in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting
