We are partnering with a large global manufacturing company that is looking for an experienced HRIS Project Lead to drive the successful implementation of a new HR platform across their European operations. As a leader in sustainable building materials, this company is focused on enhancing HR processes, improving employee experiences, and maximizing the advantages of a modern HRIS system. This is a hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a detailed project plan to track progress, milestones, and potential risks.
* Lead the gathering and validation of employee data and business rules for different divisions.
* Configure and validate divisional business rules within the selected HRIS platform.
* Assess organizational readiness and design implementation strategies accordingly.
* Create and manage a data migration strategy to ensure smooth transition.
* Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams to configure the HRIS system.
* Design comprehensive test plans and execute testing to ensure functionality and data accuracy.
* Identify training needs and develop resources to ensure effective user training.
* Oversee preparations for system deployment and offer continuous user support.
* Ensure the HRIS system provides real-time data and insights to support talent management and workforce planning.
* Drive business expansion by implementing scalable solutions and strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
* Demonstrated experience in HRIS implementation and project management.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven success in hands-on project management roles.
What’s on Offer:
