Job Description
We are seeking a Grade 4 Clerical Officer to provide administrative support to a manager and their team in a high-profile client location near Cork City Centre on an initial 6-month basis.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and coordination skills, as well as previous experience in calendar or diary management. They will be available immediately and work 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and organize the manager's calendar and appointments.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents as required.
* Provide general administrative support, such as managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project coordination and completion.
* Undertake research and prepare reports as required.
* Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a clerical role, including diary or calendar management.
* Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
