We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will be a fluent German speaker with a background in sales and a passion for fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

* Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
">
* Prospect into buyer personas: Small Businesses, C-Suite/Marketing personas.
">
* Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual New Logo targets.
">
* Manage the full sales cycle.
">
* Manage a sales pipeline in CRM, while maximizing prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach.
">
* Handle quote creation and order processing.
">
* Collaborate with the Sales ecosystem like Marketing, Account Development, Solutions Architects, and others.
">
">
Requirements:
">
">
* 2-3+ years of full-cycle sales closing experience.
">
* Fluent German & English.
">
* Familiarity with software, strong knowledge of the E-commerce/Retailers/Brands domain.
">
* Demonstrated consistent goal achievement in competitive environment.
">
* Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
">
* Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategies.
">
* Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) is a plus.
">
* College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred but not required).
