Customer Success Specialist (German-Speaking)
We are seeking a German Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team.
* About the Role: This key position ensures our customers have an exceptional experience as they begin using our product.
* Responsibilities:
o Manage client onboarding and implementation by understanding their needs and setting them up for success with the product.
o Provide exceptional support via email, phone, and online demonstrations to ensure clients are confident and satisfied with the product.
o Assist with data management and contribute to the creation of helpful resources like tutorials and webinars.
o Continuously look for ways to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and automate tasks when possible.
Requirements:
* Fluent in German and English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
* Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in customer success, support, or account management.
* Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Customer-focused problem solver with a mindset focused on finding solutions to meet customer needs.
* Tech-savvy with comfort working with data and tools like MS Office, especially Excel.
