Trade Counter Sales Position
Staffline Recruitment is partnering with our client based in Clondalkin to fill a permanent Counter Sales role.

Our client celebrates 40 years in business, serving the transport industry in Ireland. They are looking to expand their team and create an environment where staff members can grow and progress with the company.
The Role Overview
This is a hands-on position that involves working with the existing spare parts and after-sales team. The successful candidate will deliver a great customer experience to our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver a high level of customer service through interaction and order fulfillment.
2. Process orders and requests for spare parts.
3. Maintain accurate data management within our inventory software system.
4. Pick, pack, and receive stock items.
5. Bulild and maintain knowledge of the stock list and inventory software.
6. Foster positive relationships with existing customers.
7. Contribute to departmental and interdepartmental teamwork.
Requirements
* Mechanical, equipment fitter, or engineering background (an advantage but not required).
* Experience in customer relations and dealing with external parties.
* Forklift license.
* Drivers License.
* Computer literacy.
* Able to learn on your own initiative and gain new knowledge.
* Able to organize and manage your own productivity.
Additional Information
The hours of attendance are from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays. Access to a work vehicle and on-site parking are provided. We encourage growth and progression in your role, with salary increases available for those who excel.
