Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Crew Controller to join Europe's largest airline.
Key Highlights

The successful candidate will be based in our Head Office in Swords, working in our busy Operations Control Centre on a shift basis with rotation shifts, including night shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure crew members are within flight time legal limits.
2. Accurately record crew absenteeism and punctuality.
3. Develop and implement solutions to day-to-day crewing problems.
4. Assist in the development of efficient and cost-effective solutions to operational disruptions.
5. Perform any other duties requested by Operations Control management.
Requirements
* A high degree of flexibility.
* Ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Good interpersonal skills and a strong outgoing personality.
* Proven ability to work under pressure.
* A good telephone manner.
* Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and/or EDCL advantageous.
