Lastel has partnered with a rapidly growing cybersecurity SaaS company based in Galway. We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join their expanding team and play a vital role in ensuring clients achieve their goals and maximize the value of their cybersecurity solutions.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring their long-term success. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and ensure customers can effectively leverage the company’s cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Develop and execute tailored Customer Success Plans to help clients achieve their goals and optimize ROI.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling renewal processes and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Support, and Marketing, to provide an exceptional customer experience.
* Analyze customer data and feedback to continuously improve customer success strategies and processes.
Skills required:
* 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or cybersecurity space.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships across all levels of client organizations.
* Demonstrated experience in customer success planning, account mapping, and renewal management.
* Results-oriented mindset, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
