Overview
Our new 24-month Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity for talented graduates to gain comprehensive experience in the finance industry, specifically in private markets within alternative investments. This structured program consists of three 8-month rotations across data operations, investment data reporting, and liquidity management. As a participant in this program, you will receive mentorship, training, and exposure to various aspects of private markets, setting you on a path for a successful career in finance.
Requirements
Rotation 1: Data Operations (Months 1-8)
Responsibilities
* Analysis of financial reports received from underlying private equity fund managers;
* Preparation of data for quarterly investors' reporting and presentations;
* Maintaining and populating private equity related databases using Excel tools;
* Managing and processing internal and external queries;
* Work closely with the Company Database Team in Pfäffikon, Switzerland to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial data is maintained.
Rotation 2: Investment Data Reporting Analyst (Months 9-16)
Responsibilities
* Own the investment data capture, analysis, and reporting process;
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of investment transactions on private equity programs;
* Reconcile monthly valuations prepared by the administrator;
* Prepare data for quarterly investors' reporting and other periodic recurring requests;
* Analyze financial reports received from underlying private equity fund managers and capture data points for reporting purposes;
* Coordinate with the Investment Controlling team.
Rotation 3: Treasury Analyst (Months 17-24)
Responsibilities
* Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational and investment needs;
* Manage available liquidity sources effectively;
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate treasury information;
* Play a key role in the development of a bespoke treasury management application;
* Assist in preparing board and management presentations as well as regular treasury reports;
* Contribute to the management and optimization of global banking relationships;
* Establish efficient policies to control treasury and liquidity activities;
* Manage projects and multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (completed within the last 24 months);
* Strong academic performance (minimum 2.1) with a genuine interest in finance and investments;
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data;
* Developed IT skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
* Effective communication and presentation skills;
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
* Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take initiative.
