The Hospitality Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and sales pipeline of the cafe and corporate business.

We are expanding our services at our vibrant café in Kilmainham Square, Dublin 8 and are seeking a conscientious and innovative Hospitality Sales/Operations Manager to drive our business to the next level, particularly in corporate catering.
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Hours: 40 per week - ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Salary scale: €50,000 per annum
* 25 days annual leave plus 11 statutory days (pro-rata)

Main Responsibilities
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Co-ordinate and manage various departments; Loaf Café, events and corporate catering sales pipeline.
3. Ensure the Café and corporate catering meet and surpass financial objectives and maintain good financial controls.
4. Provide strong leadership and effective operational management.
5. Ensure that NOW Group participants are supported and mentored to achieve their training and employment aspirations.
6. Ensure high levels of quality standards are maintained in line with quality framework and industry regulations.
7. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction ratings are maintained across the Café and Corporate Catering.
8. Support the Chief Operating Officer by identifying opportunities to generate income in line with strategic growth.
9. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
10. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, events, and group bookings.
11. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
Skills & Experience
1. Proven experience working in hospitality management (sales & operations -minimum 2 years)
2. Experience of achieving targets.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team to drive performance.
4. Commitment to customer service and quality.
5. Experience in planning and executing events.
6. Innovative and strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth.
7. High level of IT skills, specifically proficient in the MS Office suite.
