This is an instore role, so you'll need to be available to attend work at the stated location.
About the Role
As an Accounts Administrator, you'll report directly to the Administration Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing supplier invoices and credits on a daily basis
* Performing the daily banking process and maintaining store receipts and payments
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Liaising with suppliers and Store Managers to ensure timely payment
* Maintaining internal reports and filing
* Recording customer debtor information
* Preparing month-end reports
You'll also be responsible for performing general administration duties and supporting your colleagues when needed.
Your Knowledge & Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and email
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration/accounts (full training provided)
* Knowledge of accounts payable, receivable and ledger maintenance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
* Strong organisational skills
* The ability to work accurately with numbers
