Treasury Specialist (JN -052024-378257) Dublin City Centre, Republic of Ireland
Salary: EUR41.83 - EUR41.83 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury Operations team. This role will focus on managing global bank accounts, ensuring compliance, and supporting treasury projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with banking operations, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage bank accounts globally, including openings, closures, and maintenance.
2. Support signatory updates, KYC fulfillment, and direct debit administration.
3. Assist in banking portal administration and system maintenance.
4. Work closely with legal teams and financial institutions to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
5. Collaborate on large-scale treasury projects, including automation and system implementation.
6. Participate in regular meetings with banks and internal teams to provide updates on treasury operations.
7. Maintain a strong control environment and support internal/external audit processes.
Requirements:
1. Strong experience in banking and treasury operations with exposure to global financial systems.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
5. Experience with banking and treasury platforms (e.g., FIS Quantum, CashPro, CitiDirect) is a plus.
6. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, identify issues, and drive solutions.
7. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with banks, legal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
