Key Role Summary
A highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Analyst is required to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the credit management function, you will play a vital role in managing credit risk and opportunity within the business.
About the Role

Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will make critical credit line decisions, manage customer risk, and collaborate with various departments, including sales and pricing teams.
Responsibilities:
* Manage credit decisions and collections, maintaining high standards
* Review and agree on customer credit terms and limits
* Oversee legal cases and liaise with debt collectors as needed
* Collaborate with the credit control team on credit term reviews and repayment plans
* Work closely with sales and area managers to ensure timely debt collection
* Resolve disputed accounts and negotiate payments in line with terms
* Ensure compliance with company credit policies, procedures, and SOX regulations
* Produce reports and identify performance statistics
* Train new employees on department SOPs and KPIs
Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate with:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in credit or accounts
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven negotiation skills
* High proficiency in Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX is an advantage
