The Administration Service team provides administrative support, communication management, schedule management, document control, and reception support.
* General Administration Support:
o Calendar Management and Logistics Support:
o Meeting Scheduling:
* Supporting Event Planning: On-Site and Off-Site Events
* Confidential Administrative Support: Internal Lilly Processes
o Visitor Support: Transportation and Local Hotel Arrangements
o Regulatory Audit Logistic Support:
* Document Control Compliance Activity: Quality Docs System and Filing/Archiving Management
* Reception Cover Team Member: Supporting Duties as Needed
Requirements:
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Attention to Detail
* Organizational Skills
* 1-2 Years of Experience in a Similar Role
* A Welcoming and Assisting Attitude
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
