Learning & Development Co-ordinator

The Learning and Development Co-ordinator will contribute to the growth and improvement of our organisation by coordinating training programs for employees on health, safety, environmental, and quality systems/procedures, as well as general operational duties.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate all external training, such as OEM training for equipment and machines, and statutory training like hot works and working at heights.
* Assist Department Managers, Heads of Section, and supervisors in identifying training needs.
* Raise skills and effectiveness levels and contribute to ongoing improvement.
* Maintain training records and necessary administration using our LMS system.
* Audit the Training system monthly and follow up on corrective actions where necessary.
* Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and identifying methods to improve training.
Requirements:
* Training Skills Certificate (QQI Level 6) or equivalent.
* Experience operating equipment and understanding production demands.
* Effective communication, influencing, and computer literacy skills.
* People coaching skills and organisational abilities.
Additional Information:
* This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4:30pm.
* There will be flexibility associated with this role according to operational requirements.
* International travel may be required.
Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
