We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Events Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events. This role combines administrative tasks while ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional experiences for our clients and will include weekend work from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the planning and execution of various events, including corporate conferences, team-building activities, social events, and K Club Live events.
* Assist in the creation of event proposals, timelines, and budgets.
* Ensuring all deposits requests are chased in a timely manner.
* Act as the point of contact for clients, participants, and vendors during planning stage of events.
* Resolve any on-the-day issues that may arise, ensuring a high-quality experience for attendees.
* Conduct Resort Site inspections.
* Ensure all menus and event information are entered into the system a minimum of 14 days prior to an event.
* Develop and maintain relationships with new & existing clients.
* Ensure weekly banquet event orders & forecasting reports are issued to the resort every Wednesday afternoon.
* Liaise with Executive Chef regarding seasonal menu requirements, formatting and saving.
* Input menus into Opera.
* Liaise with Sommeliers regarding updates on the wine list & updating Opera.
* Compile a Catering Calendar of Events.
* Ensure effective transfer of potential sales leads to relevant Salesperson.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Excellent selling skills and understanding of sales processes.
* Knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, and banquet and event service operations.
* A great communicator with strong telephone etiquette skills.
* Strong customer development and relationship management skills.
