About the Role
The Aftersales Case Manager (CM) position is part of the Customer Service Department.
As an Aftersales CM, you will oversee a portfolio of aftersales cases for customers, supporting store team members.
You will work closely with store managers and their teams to provide exceptional service to our customers at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the point of contact for managers and suppliers
* Providing guidance and direction to managers regarding complex case handling
* Proactively communicating with key stakeholders and providing support and recommendations for improvement
* Identifying emerging trends and patterns in relation to compliance issues
* Reviewing operations to ensure compliance standards are met and quality data is captured
* Coordinating training relevant to aftersales
* Evaluating aftersales issues to achieve the best outcome for the customer and the business
* Demonstrating superior trouble-shooting skills and ability to think outside the box to find creative solutions
* Handling escalated cases for aftersales
* Producing necessary reports and data when required
Your Profile
We are looking for individuals with:
* A proven track record of decision-making, time management, and investigation/analytical skills
* An ability to work on own initiative and interact as part of a team
* An ability to prioritise and plan to effectively achieve goals and deliver reliable results
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in POS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
