We strive to provide a fast and high-quality service to our internal customers and provide a great candidate experience.As the Senior TA Specialist, IT & Tech Recruiting, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless Hiring Manager and Candidate experience across functions: IT, Digital Software & Tech Recruiting, including roles within Electrical Engineering, Design Engineering and System Engineering.You will manage the full-cycle recruiting efforts for individual contributors and managerial positions across whole EMEA region and will support long-term branding and sourcing strategy development for the Segment of Tech & IT.What You'll Do:Deliver full cycle recruiting for Technology positions in mid- career, senior or leadership level.
Own and manage the relationship with internal clients to drive partnership, business excellence and industry learning.
Work independently and autonomously while partnering with Recruitment Coordinators, and all stakeholders.
Use cost-effective recruiting channels, implement direct sourcing initiatives, and create innovative campaigns to attract the best talent for your business in scope.
May use the additional support of a sourcing specialist or external search partners as required.Apply your knowledge and experience to recruit for technology roles, taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment to deliver technical talent in software engineering, networks, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, including full stack, back end, and data engineering.Lead Talent Acquisition technology focused projects in EMEA region.
?Have excellent command of reporting as well using and presenting data by utilizing Abbott HR & TA systems, Power BI and MS suite to educate and influence clients.
Use data in all you do – an excellent storyteller who can inform on market insights to help shape and drive recruitment strategy.Required Qualifications:University degree or equivalent.Fluent English language skills are required, another EMEA language would be an advantage.Strong track record of direct sourcing via tools and technology industry networks.
5 + years technical/technology experience, ideally a combination of agency and in-house.
Strong assessment skills to assess capabilities, technical background, and key behaviors.Experience partnering with senior leadership, hiring managers, and all stakeholders, Knowledge with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookCapabilities: Understand the business needs and develop recruiting tactics that yield strong outcomes.
Identify challenges and proactively develop solutions as projects progress.
Gain credibility with hiring managers, candidates, and team through successful placements, expertise of the technology labor market and Abbott's divisions and business dynamics.
Understand and articulate the hiring managers' needs in a concise manner.
Problem-solve and push past obstacles to reach hiring goals with manager support.
Lead recruitment cycles with efficiency for multiple positions, deliver on tight deadlines, and manage client groups.
Strong competitive drive to overachieve targets.
