Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily activities relating to all administration around parts, consumables and Equipment. Reporting to the logistics manager and working in a team to deliver in all areas of the administration within the logistics team. Also working with the warehouse team and engineers providing admin support in all areas.
Key Role Tasks and Activities:
* Engineer Parts ordering
* Maintaining of Parts Warehouse ROPs
* CBS Re-order report for warehouse stock
* Emergency Parts ordering
* Receipt of engineer emergency orders
* Monitoring Parts costs and requests sent to TS Managers for approval
* Engineer warehouse collections
* Call Centre Queries
* Receipt of warehouse stock parts/consumables
* Printing and issuing of Warehouse Pick Lists
* Review of pick lists after warehouse processing
* Daily review of parts on back order
* Updating RF calls on CBS with Parts ETA's
* Requests for Engineer Return Labels
* Tracking Part deliveries with RICO/BDA
* RICO Stock Pick requests for NI Locker
* Setting up of new engineers on CBS/RICO
* Updating Logistics tracker spreadsheets - BDA/RICO/Stock take calendars/ Customer Locker File
* Weekly Cyclical stock takes for warehouse
* Monthly Warehouse Dredge
* End of year Warehouse stock takes
* Van Kit stock takes
* Updating Van Kit Finance Report
* System Set up of Van Kit/Locker stock
* ROP requests for Van Kits
* Daily Amendment of unaccounted shortfall report for Van Kits
* Setting up new Customer Locker Kits
* Issuing TD Calls
* Validating Spreadsheet to ensure all issued TD calls are closed
* OMAF Equipment Ordering
* Receipt of equipment into warehouse
* Booking out of Equipment
* PO Portal Purchase Orders
* GRN of invoices
* Validating and receipt of Rehab Recycling invoices
* Ordering of Warehouse Supplies
* Processing Technical Exchanges and DOA's
Education and Experience:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, Word and O.D.B.C. reporting
* Experience of working in a busy, fast-paced office environment
* Accurate and fast keying skills.
* Good command of the English language
* Familiar with Xerox products
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Take initiative when required
* Ability and desire to work co-operatively and professionally with others on the team
