Your New Role
This HR Officer position reports directly to the HR Manager-ROI and provides critical support to the Fermoy site and its management team. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, tracking and reporting HR metrics, managing HR administration, supporting performance management, and conducting grievance and disciplinary investigations.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, preferably within a manufacturing environment, is essential for this role. A third-level qualification is mandatory, and CIPD membership is advantageous. Strong administrative skills, including confidentiality and professionalism, are required. The successful candidate will also possess exceptional computer skills, flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines. They should have a results-driven approach, be customer-focused, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
