Role Overview:
The core of the role will revolve around managing a high volume of calls from patients querying appointments, taking payments, issuing correspondence, scanning & filing etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Managing calls from patients, secretaries, and other medical professionals
* Issuing correspondence to patients
* Assisting with aspects of clinic management
* Managing internal and external email queries
* Working as part of a team
* Dealing with ad-hoc duties as they arise
Requirements:
* Attention to detail is essential
* Strong understanding of Excel, coupled with a willingness to learn
* Comfortable speaking with clients or third parties, i.e secretaries, hospital personnel
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to multi-task/be flexible to the needs of the role
* Ability to communicate/report effectively with manager/team members/clients and third parties
* Ability to work to targets
