Job Title: Clerical Officer

We are partnering with a leading healthcare facility to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Clerical Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, diary management, and handling incoming calls.
* Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure timely record-keeping.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support day-to-day operations within the healthcare facility.
* Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
* Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and address administrative challenges.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal protocols.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A team player with a collaborative and proactive work ethic.
* Ability to work independently and show initiative when required.
* Familiarity with scheduling, diary management, and phone call handling.
* Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
