Responsibilities
* Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems (People XD & Cornerstone).
* Manage system upgrades, renewals, integrations, and implementation of new tools.
* Build strong vendor relationships to ensure maximum system value and efficiency.
* Oversee system processes for performance reviews and career progression cycles.
* Provide expert training and support to HR and wider teams.
About You
* Experienced in HR systems and data analysis within a corporate or professional services environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Advanced Excel skills with a track record of deriving actionable insights from HR data.
* Highly confidential and professional in handling sensitive employee data.
