Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To work as part of a team and on your own initiative reporting directly to the Hard Services Manager.
2. To liaise with our client on all matters of our FM delivery and feedback to FM Managers.
3. To produce periodic reports based on PPMs, Projects, Activities and Events.
4. To ensure that the day-to-day engineering maintenance is achieved across the site.
5. To carry out and/or assist pre-planned and reactive maintenance works in all areas of the site on a wide range of building systems and equipment.
6. To utilize a CAFM/Helpdesk Software System for the coordination of all maintenance activities.
7. To coordinate with hard and soft-services managers to ensure that areas of responsibility are appropriately serviced, maintained and are fit for purpose.
8. To consult and work with the company’s health & safety team to ensure that all work is carried out safely.
9. To ensure all aspects of operator and contractor induction and training are maintained and recorded.
10. To co-ordinate and supervise in-house and contractor activities, ensuring risk assessments, method statements and permits to work/Hot Works Permits are in place.
