We want you to become the best version of yourself.Join us as a Senior Manager of New Product and PropositionsWe are looking for a Senior Manager of New Product and Propositions, who will be reporting into a member of the Commercial Leadership team, to develop and deliver key strategic priorities for the consumer segment to accelerate growth.You will be part of the Commercial Function and working very closely with Finance, Marketing, Technology and GTM teams.To succeed, you should be a creative and strategic thinker who is able to put the customer at the heart of everything you do to design, develop and deliver outstanding new products and new propositions to the market.We are looking for someone who is strong commercially and brings strong experience across proposition/product development all the way through to end to end execution.What else it involves:Drive a customer centric culture in your team.Lead a team with a pioneer’s mindset to look for strategic opportunities to differentiate Three in a 12-24 month horizon. Drive a curious mindset in your team, looking at long term customer and global insight trends, looking for inspiration as you create an NPD roadmap that will differentiate us in the market.Stay close to the competition and understand their customer offer and recommend how we best respond with new products, propositions and services to create a point of difference.You are the business owner for the new product & propositions process end to end, you are the custodian of this process and have sole responsibility for ensuring this is working well end to end.You will play a key role in setting the commercial priorities for our new IT delivery process with Technology & IT Partners. Influencing skills will be vital to ensure the new product & proposition roadmap is a key consideration as we define our commercial strategic objectives to meet company goals each calendar year.You have end to end accountability for the discover, define and delivery of new propositions roadmap.You will be the immediate business owner once your new proposition roadmap item launches until you are ready to hand over to the commercial team to manage in life.You will define the criteria project by project in terms of what happens post launch in terms of handover.You will define the criteria and measurements required to facilitate handover.If handover is required to a new team that does not currently exist in our organisation, then your role would be responsible for defining what the in life structure would need to look like to support a handover.The skills we're looking forHave extensive work experience (10+ years) and established yourself as a strong growth leader.You have spent 5+ years in new products, propositions – developing, execution, consulting or managing.
