Join our fabulous team at the Connemara Coast Hotel as a Kitchen Porter.
Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, the Kitchen Porter assists in providing the highest food hygiene in a customer-focused environment.

Role & Responsibilities
All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include:
1. Using an industrial dishwasher to clean restaurant crockery and cutlery
2. Lifting and carrying loads
3. Cleaning cooking equipment & utensils
4. Cleaning inside of walk-in fridges
5. Cleaning walls and benches in the kitchen
6. Maintaining a clean environment in the kitchen
7. Emptying bins
8. Be available for late night shifts, midweek and weekend work
Requirements
About The Role
1. Prior experience working in a large kitchen is a bonus
2. Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
3. Strong ability to work efficiently and deal with busy periods competently.
4. Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic.
5. Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
