We are looking for an experienced Associate Director to join its Rail Transportation team. This role offers the opportunity to lead multi-disciplinary projects, managing high-value consultancy commissions within the rail sector.Responsibilities:Lead project management for multi-disciplinary rail projects.Maintain ownership of contract and commercial management.Supervise and coordinate design processes.Provide mentorship and line management to junior staff.Develop tender proposals, lead bids, and secure new projects.Requirements:Degree in engineering (Level 8/9) or equivalent qualification.Extensive post-graduate experience, primarily in a consultancy setting.Chartered status with a recognized professional institution.Proven track record in delivering multi-disciplinary rail infrastructure projects.Experience managing all phases of project lifecycles.Strong leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams.Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Full driving license.This role presents an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects in the rail sector.
