Pharma Plant Long Term Contract Role
Provide EH&S project support for projects at the Cork site.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct EHS Impact Assessments (IA) as part of Management of Change process to ensure that all EHS requirements and company standards are incorporated.
* Implement company EH&S by Design & One CSS as required for projects.
* Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, 3D model reviews, JSAs, noise/IH/ergonomics/WRAPs (machine safety) assessments, FATs/SATs, and walkdowns as required.
* Support IA action closure & tracking.
* Perform periodic walkdowns/audits/programme reviews to ensure compliance with PTW requirements, IED licence, SOPs & regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience working to ISO14001 and ISO45001 international standards, preferably within a Biopharma/pharmaceutical or related environment is required.
* A relevant third-level qualification in Science, Engineering or EHS, with at least 5 years experience in the environment, health and safety area is a prerequisite for the position.
* Good overall knowledge of legal requirements and best practices in both Environment and Safety.
Desirable Skills:
* Machine safety experience would be a distinct advantage.
