Our pharmaceutical client has an exciting requirement for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month contract. This role offers hybrid working with three days onsite.
Responsibilities
To be successful, you will work with various hiring managers on new requirements, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from initial calls to candidate offers.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities
* Engage and deliver effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for the organisation.
* Coordinate and lead various forms of interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
* Support all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, making offers and onboarding.
* Prioritise providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
* Work closely with recruitment agencies to source and deliver top talent.
* Develop and implement talent pipeline campaigns to meet business needs.
Requirements
* A relevant third-level qualification is essential.
* You should have at least two years of recruitment experience.
* A background in sourcing within the pharma or medical devices industry would be beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills are required.
* Familiarity with the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is necessary.
