Job Title: Administrator
Athenry-based client seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support in their office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, assisting with various day-to-day tasks, and providing excellent customer service to members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist members over the phone with their queries and provide timely resolutions.
* Receive and process member payments via the membership database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Provide remote support to the Regional Office on specific campaigns and projects, using online file sharing and database systems.
* Assist with administrative tasks surrounding Regional Branch AGMs and support the election processes.
Requirements:
* An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and organized individual with excellent communication skills.
* Experience working with Microsoft Office and Teams, as well as online file sharing and database systems.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of quality, service, and accountability.
* A team player who can work independently and contribute to a positive work environment.
This is an initial 3-month contract with potential extension. Onsite work is required Monday to Friday.
