Job Title: Accounts Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:
* Manage and resolve finance-related inquiries from clients and vendors.
* Reconcile supplier statements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain up-to-date financial records across multiple systems, adhering to company standards.
* Create, manage, and maintain supplier accounts for smooth transaction processing.
* Process and code purchase invoices, performing general bookkeeping duties.
* Oversee Credit Control management, including bank reconciliations and expense management.
About You:
* Minimum of 2 years accounting experience required.
* Experience in credit control and strong administrative/customer service skills.
* Competent individual with expertise in Excel and Sage 200.
* Positive attitude, able to work individually and as part of a team.
