Dutch Sales Renewal Specialist

Key Responsibilities
* Manage key accounts, providing exceptional customer care by anticipating clients' needs and renewing contracts.
* Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues, finding innovative ways to enhance the customer experience.
* Meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Participate in regular meetings and collaborate with external parties through negotiation and agreement renewal.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate contract renewals, and deliver presentation packages with 100% accuracy.
* Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures for each client and jurisdiction.
* Administer CRM systems and perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or account management.
* Fluent Dutch and English language proficiency.
* Motivated, enthusiastic, and innovative approach.
* Excellent telephone manner is essential.
* Flexible and cooperative team player with good time management skills.
* Attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong administration and MS Office skills.
