Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeReporting directly to the CFO Ireland, the role holder will be based in our Head Office in Dublin North to provide leadership and direction to the Ireland finance team and business by ensuring there is a robust framework of rigorous internal financial controls in place and providing guidance on correct accounting practices.Key responsibilities:Help to ensure a robust framework of financial control is maintained and is relevant to the business needs of the company.Constant monitoring of systems and procedures; identify and recommend opportunities for improvement and efficiency; lead change process as appropriate.Provide technical and general accounting support to the Ireland Finance team and wider business.Lead role in Cash flow cycle of Plan, monthly forecasting and Actuals reporting.Active involvement in the completion of financial reporting requirements including, Annual reports and statutory accounts, Corporate Balance Sheet.Support with the monthly and quarterly US reporting requirements.Finance Subject Matter Expert for financial systems such as the financial accounting system (Oracle), and financial reporting tools (Cognos/ TM1/ HFM).Lead AR, AP and Treasury Teams.Technical knowledge and key attributes:Qualified Accountant with 10+ years PQE.US GAAP and SOX exposure a plus.Self-starter with strong people management skills.Experience of change in a dynamic business environment.Statutory accounts exposure.Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.Experience of partnering and influencing senior management teams.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesFacilities Services and Hospitality
