Your Role: The nature of banking is changing and our Enterprise change portfolio must grow, adapt and be re-shaped to support our critical commercial and business needs.
The Change division of PTSB is challenged to ensure we are effective in the delivery of our change, prioritise our resources and funding for value and protect our highest priority your role as Project Manager you will be asked to project manage critical Change initiatives throughout the PTSB Group in a timely and cost effective manner while also implementing effective Change governance.
Part of the role will require you to build a team by bringing together groups of people from across various parts of the organisation and lead this team with a shared goal.
You will also be required to deliver effective Stakeholder Management and communications in a confident and enthusiastic manner.
Your Team: You will work alongside a team of project managers based in St Stephen's Green, Dublin city centre, or hybrid.
You are likely to be doing something different every day and there will be new concepts and new tasks to seek.
As a Project Manager, you will work on different projects, in different areas of the bank, and face unique situations.
Your Responsibilities: Lead critical Change Initiatives, across different portfolios,consistent with the Change Management Framework Deliver projects on time, to budget and of a high quality, driving the initiative and leading delivery Develop effective plans for the delivery of Change initiatives Highlight risks and issues and propose mitigating actions Provision of reporting for the Change initiatives to Working & Steering Groups Provision of appropriate weekly and monthly MI to Organisational Change community and Project Management Office Track the costs associated with the Change initiative Apply effective partner management and ensure that expectations and perceptions are understood Provide support to the ExCo Sponsor, aid decision-making and propose options and solutions Assist Senior Change Management in building a high performance culture within the Change team by setting and achieving high standards Essential Requirements: Experience in a project role of any type delivering critical initiatives on time and on budget Excellent organisation and conflict resolution skills Ability to connect with, lead and motivate a Change team Willing and able to challenge internal and external obstacles Effective planning, forecasting and budgeting Analytical ability to interpret relevant data with a fact based approach to decision making Strong problem solving capabilities Desired Requirements: Minimum 3 years?
experience in a Change/project role delivering critical initiatives on time and on budget Ideally university qualified or similar, or can demonstrate equivalent experience Hold a recognised Project Management qualification Broad knowledge of the Banking / Financial Services industry This is a Permanent role based in PTSB's St Stephens Green (Hybrid option available within the Republic of Ireland).
