Commercial Property Management Role
We're seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our existing ROI property management team. This team is responsible for managing approximately 250 ROI retail lettings and licenses where Musgrave acts as Landlord.
We also lease space to independent retail partners trading as Super Valu and Centra, as well as operating anchor Super Valu company-owned stores in 8 ROI shopping centers with third-party tenants.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage property and lease matters for Musgrave's retail operations
* Negotiate re-gears, lease renewals, and surrenders
* Liaise with external partners, including landlords, developers, tenants, property professionals, and legal business partners
* Deliver commercial property transactions and manage stakeholders
* Manage budgets and value engineering in shopping center or neighborhood store environments
This role requires strong attention to technical detail and a proactive approach. The successful candidate will possess a Full clean driving license, an RICS/SCSI accredited Chartered Surveyor or similar qualification, and direct operational experience/knowledge of property and lease management.
We operate a Work Smart hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between office time and remote work. Occasional business travel to other locations may be required.
