Leadership Quality Manager
The Leadership Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality operations within our organization. This role requires a strong leader who can foster an environment of continuous improvement and ensure that all quality-related activities are carried out effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster a culture of compliance and proactively identify areas for improvement within the quality function.
* Develop and implement effective processes for selecting and developing competent talent, ensuring that future experts and leaders are equipped to drive business success.
* Ensure site(s) maintain certification to regulatory bodies, including participation in internal and external audit programs.
* Manage product/process deviations and implement corrective actions when necessary, minimizing risk to patients and customers.
* Maintain adherence to quality KPIs and address adverse trends promptly, identifying opportunities for improvement through global forums.
* Develop a quality planning pipeline of initiatives aimed at improving product quality, reducing costs, and enhancing risk management.
* Cultivate strong collaboration on a global scale, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science discipline, or equivalent (Business Management or MBA is an advantage).
* Minimum 10+ years' experience in regulated manufacturing environments (Medical, Pharmaceutical, Bio-Medical/Pharma, Automotive).
* Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing teams for at least 6 years.
